The Village at Eastpointe is a pet-friendly community!
* We allow 2 pets per household: cats, dogs, and birds.
* For the 1st pet, you'll be charged a one-time Pet Fee of $350 and monthly Pet Rent of $25. For the 2nd pet, there is an additional Pet Fee of $200 and additional Pet Rent of $20. 
* The Pet Rent and Pet Fee don't apply for Emotional Support Animals and Assistance Animals.
